Bad servo, or stuck servo. Hold it in place, and move the controls l/r to establish which servo makes the heli move l/r, and then look at the other one. Probably a bad wire, or a jammed servo. Might be a bad one that needs replaced, but I wouldn't go that far quite yet. (avoid actually having to replace a servo at all costs, because you can't get them yet)
