Sounds like the soccer fields around here! lol. On one side you have the ones where I did my eagle project where even the slightest rain turns them into a mud pit, and on the other side the ones by where I went to high school that are built over top of the old septic tanks for the school and, well, really turn into a mud pit!

I've considered getting an RC boat, especially since I live right next to a nice lake for that. If I did, well, it'd have to be cheap, and it'd have to be an aircraft carrier with floating/watersafe rc planes or helis or something that can take off from it.

Supernova, remember, you have a lake for your RC boats. lol

Welcome to the forums, Ragnyr!

Thanks guys, I received my 107 today, from amazon great service arrived well before estimated time. I have had my first flight this afternoon and and we'll pleased the tips I have had from the forum and the vids helped me to set it up properly , so I flew without any prob or damage.

I bought a rip max sabre a few year ago but found it was well out of my capabilities so it is in its box back in the loft untill I get the courage to try again.

Ps when we get heavy rain the football field turns into lake, and we get ducks on it lol. It did cross my mind to get a boat as well

Hi I have been interested in model aircraft all my life, having built and flown from kit and plans most types inc control line, RC. After a break of a good few years my interest has been rekindled with the idea of being able to fly indoors from my arm chair. I have ordered a s107g from Amazon after reading reports and tests and looking at this forum. I am retired now and have time to indulge, hopefully might be able to progress to a bigger outdoor model as I have a little used football pitch right outside my front door and have permission to use it for hellicopters, how good is that.
