craigp7971 have you tried trimming the Syma on your remote-should fix drifting-let me knowSurprised

I think it was the first flight jitters. I fly it everyday and I first started by bringing it off the table a few inches and setting it back down. The drifting has disappeared. I did have one bad crash. I gave it a bit to much throttle and the ceiling seemed to suck it in. I couldn't recover and it hit the floor. I cracked a main blade but it came with an extra set and an extra tail rotor. I ordered an extra set of main blades last Thursday and just got them today for just incase.

I can see myself shortly wanting to get more forward speed out of it. I looked at the mods you have on this awesome site and they use picooz tail rotors. I do have two extra tail rotors from my dusty and degrading Havoc-heli.

Symafreak, do you know if the tail rotors I just mentioned is what they are referring to as Picooz? When I looked at my extras it is obvious I will have to spin the tail motor 180 degrees. Have you personally tried this?

Thanks,

Craig

I want to take the canopy off and try to tweek the battery to the left to counter the drifting to the right.

I found a cookie sheet the wife ok'd me to use so no screws or small parts roll off and get lost.

But I think I will wait for a reply on here before I do this just in-case someone has a better idea. Thanks!

I have had a havoc heli for a while and dont enjoy flying it because it is in constant forward motion. Online I discovered the Syma s107. After hours of research to be sure I was not going to get a clone I ordered one and flew it for the first time yesterday. WOW!!! FANTASTIC!!! To not worry about my wife yelling at me to "watch my plants!" was fantastic.

But my neighbors s107 takes off nice and straight while mine kind off drifts to the right. Any tips? I am going to look around this site to see if I can find anything out bout this problem.

And Symafreak, thanks for your help on not getting a clone, this site is great!
