Try Focalprice for spares as well, have bought some from them seem genuine parts.Just watch how much you spend on parts it ads up,buying another heli can be cheaper in the long term keep crashed ones for spares.

Ha! I was flying with blades glued together for pete's sake!!! Anybody able to fly that bad at first and not kill the refredgerator has to know a little bit of how to fix the thing...
I just am getting boered saying "yes, you can fly 3 at one time to my knowlege- 3 channels doesn't mean 3 frequencies, it means a foreward/reverse channel, left/right channel and up/down channel. But, there are 2f helis, and 3f helis without the A channel, and the fakes have 3 different frequencies, so you could, in theory fly 8 at one time..." Or, "the main shaft's bent- that's a cheap fix whenever amazon gets the cheap part relisted in febuary..."
The main thing I'm hating is Amazon raising the price as much as they have for the hollidays, and now any parts will cost an insane ammount because they sold so many that'll be broke by kids over the next month. Now, my $3.50 main shaft'll cost me $9.50 to buy! Screw that! I'll deal with the minor TBE until either it dies, or the part gets cheap again!
I'd tell them to get a air hogs helicopters. That's how I started off, then you learn. We're all human and we all have to learn someway or another. Those people who tell you it broke and they want their money back, I would just ask them what happened before it broke, and if it took off fine at first. God made us human and humans make mistakes 24/7, there isn't any way around it.

Well put sir, I have crashed all my helis and done some silly things like hitting a wall that has been there for at least 160 years ! yes it is an old house, but the point is I busted it, nobody else, it worked when I bought it now it dont work, I think the all out crash may have had something to do with it.
Learning to repair this fantastic little 107 is half the fun, the other half is learning to fly it.
Even NASA get it wrong sometimes.
Just another point to say-I got a neat plane from HobbyKing a few weeks ago, took it out on a really windy day and put into a tree,4 hours later I fixed it-imagine me saying to HobbyKing I want my $60 back does not fly in 20 klm winds-Anyway said enough-when I see the post people like CPD and Supernova do and many others read them! They all have had disasters flying helis, are they wingers? hell know they post their mistakes and how to fix it,bloody awesome dudes.
We are here to help you,but again please be honest on why your Syma 107 has problems, otherwise you just waste the time these guys spend to help you-Ok me done-Now check your heli out before each flight,I do this with planes, helis, any rc products.
Flying a real heli is just the same, control checks everytime before flying-
Take care guys-All here to help

I am getting heaps of emails bagging the Syma S107-The emails or posts never tell me the real story until I reply-Most of the problems are not the heli but the bloody pilot-"Please help Syma does not fly" When I delve more you find the pilot has not read instruction or viewed into this blog, and 99% of the time they never tell me they have hit the ceiling and crashed the bird out of the sky,and done damage.
They are not indestructible for God's sake, they are made of alloy and plastic and will break if you smash the hell out of them, they are more than a toy, check out how many moving parts they have.
Always here to help, but guys be honest on your flying ability first.Never have I seen a beginner and some like me that flys helis and planes not crash them.
Welcome to the hobby of RC Flying-if you are not prepared to fix your flying problems go kick a ball in your back yard-this is a serious on going hobby to learn, stop blaming your tools, even if fake they fly -and just some times this fake stuff is getting out of hand, you email me with panic when you have not even flown your $20 heli-
Got last email Syma would not fly-she never put batteries in remote-come on get a life!
Yes I sound angry because I am-Amazon literally sell thousands a week,I know because I talk with them, the return rate is small, most are damaged by the pilot not the heli fault.
Stop bagging the Syma 107 and be honest on the problem most pilots create.
Guess got that off my chest- lol
