@makenize71 Thank you for your post-cheap is not always the best option-my view is to buy a genuine Syma S107 and not spend on cheap fakes that will give you grief and put you of this great hobby-If they are fakes they to me are really not good for spares to put on a genuine Syma-Again just my advice-Sure you will get more posts on this SF

Okay I got a couple Syma 107G's.  One of them flies in an ellipse on it's own...like a toilet bowl.  I've read on here of similarly described issues being attributed to unequal length buckles between the upper rotor and balance bar.  Can I get any more input on this?  When mic'ed, the buckles are within 1/10,000" from ID to ID.  Are there any other problems that this could be associated with?

Second, one of the aircraft lacks proper tail rotor function.  When it's flying, with it pressed forward or reverse, I can tap the tail rotor and it'll start spinning but not very fast...barely enough to move the thing.  I'm thinking it'll just need the tail boom and rotor replaced.  Does anyone else have any comments about this?

Lastly, I know the build quality of the knock-offs isn't up to par, but I can get one for $8 shipped on eBay. Would you guys considerbuying one or two of these for parts?

Thanks
