I've got 3 Syma S107 helicopters, the tail rotors eventually stopped working on my blue and yellow ones, which means you can hover and spin but no forward or backward movement, and while I tried fixing them it just didn't work out and I didn't feel like buying a whole new tail assembly, so instead of letting them sit or using them for parts, I modded em. The blue one coasts through the skies and the yellow one is modded for speed, it flies about twice as fast as a stock S107.
I've reduced weight from the rear and in the yellow one added weight to the front, of course they only go forward, and the blue one will need a new battery before too long, it's seen many flights.
