Pilots PLEASE be careful using cell-phone or direct wall chargers.......I can't reinforce how easy it is to fry a battery

using them. SFs advice on looking at the brightness on your charge cable and CPDs reminder of the 15-minute rule

are perhaps the best tips on the forum. I know it's quick, easy, and pretty handy to use, but also doesn't take

long to ruin the battery if not done properly.

If you want to use a wall charger, get the actual SYMA one. Remember also that if you don't want to use your

'puter USB port, try looking at your cable TV or satellite boxes. Also many of the popular video game systems

have USB ports on them also. I now charge mine on my Wii after frying the battery on my original yellow S107.

What I'll add is to remember the 15 minute rule--10-15 minutes between flying and charging, 10-15 between charging and flying. That way you let the bat cool before using it so you don't cook it.

Hi, if you look on the forum and first page everything there. Charging by usb is the best way- look at brightness on usb cable before you plug into heli with flat battery on heli- then wait until usb light then glows the same as not plugged into heli- done you are charged

Hello, I have read many different ideas on the proper method of charging the S107..Can anyone explain the best way to do it?  How long?  Wait time before and after?  How long doe sit take?  Difference between computer charging and remote charging?  Thanks in advance...AJC1223
