After flying for several months I found a place where I could buy lights for my X1 and instal them easily.Tower Hobbies has Ram micro lights that are so simple to instal even I could do it with minimum effort. They worked great. Now I can fly early in the morning or late in the evening and not lose orientation. You can fly in dead night too but for me that is too dangerous. Can't see how close I am to trees. The lights are bright, require no soldering, and almost instal themselves. Added enjoyment for about $15.00 and no sweat.Oh, one more thing.Low battery drain. Can't really tell they are operating.Just saying.happydance
