Well, with my stirling, I've had to adjust it so the drive pump and main cylender are in tune, but now I need to cut and add a linkage between the drive rod and piston rod. (right now, it's straight from piston to crank shaft, but I need to make it go to a separate peice so it can go straight up/down.

If I can do that without removing the baloon, cause it is one big pain to put one on, and it rips the baloons after putting it on 2 times.YellYellYellYellYell

I also didn't think it'd get insanely hot, but it was. The bottom can got hot enough to catch the tape on the one edge on fire. DOH! Didn't think about that... just hoping not to cut myself. I'll have to remove all of the tape on the firebox.

feature=BFa&list=UUOOY4xjs3vIAzkGhugzVffw&lf=plcp (just replace the phone with a charger for an s107)

Funny how Youtube works-first you're talking about horrible driving experiences in the snow, decide to look up Bill Cosby talking about driving in San Francisco, and can't find any vids. Then watch him on "Fat Albert's car". Then, look up cessna engines used on google, then look up airplane engine car on YT, then watch a vid of a Rolls Royce Merlin powered 55 Chevy, then look up the Allison V12 that originally was in the Mustang, then watch a linked vid of a model, running, Chevy V-8, then stumble onto a "Coke Can Engine" and of course look at it.

Now, I think I has a use for all of the random cans I has in mah basement.

(just, without a practical purpose, although I'm thinking it'd be awesome to make one as a pump for a second one that's one of the walking beam ones, and use the walking beam one to power an automatic bellows, to fan a campfire, which it's over top of, while the pump engine pumps water from the lake to keep it cool.)
