Sorry late reply.Yes here in Australia they are taking that on board.5 years ago tried approaching real estate agents and public road builders and farmers, was laughed at, also impossible to get public liability insurance, how the world changes

Following the attacks on three adolescents, two boys and one girl, in the past three days, along with ten other shark attacks across the U.S. this year. I saw a brief item on the tv news tonight reporting the use of r/c drones to monitor the waters near recreational beaches.  I saw a quick shot of one of the drones which looked like a DJI Phantom.
