I'll back SF up on that--one I have that came with my newer s800g is like yours. They're pretty cheap, or you could just buy another heli, and fly it a lotwink

Actually if you search the forum some usb cables were faulty as dealing with massed produced usb cables not that Syma created them, I bought 10 from Hobby King for $8 --just my view

Hello

I'm Dee about a month ago a Freind gave me my first syma S197G Heli at the time I didn't know how addiction it would be now I have 2 S107G and 2 Protocol Tigerjets which seem to be the same thing. Yesterday I was flying the first S107G plugged in the charge cable in USB port light came on plugged into Heli and light went out like it always has. Waited 1 hour and about 15 min. Light never came on. I unplugged from the Heli and light never came back on so I grabbed the other charge cable plugged in USB port light came on then plugged into Heli light went out, I unplugged from the Heli and light didn't come on. I tried leaving charged for a few hours but they are not charging. i charged off the remote and it only flew for about 3 min. I can charge the other Heli's but not with the cables that don't light up. I know the board may be bad but is the any trouble shooting that can be done.

Thanks. Dee
