Yep,they did refund my purchase price but no shipping.I did, however, ship back by USPS and saved almost $8.00.They originally shipped to me using FEDX.That was really expensive. All is AOK now.
Great news, you are back up flying again!

I forgot to mention that I ordered them from All-Battery.They say they will refund purchase price but not shipping.Haven't seen the money yet.
Just keep on their back-they should return your money or give you fresh batteries-let us know how you go.

I found out the reason the power would cut off as I accelerated. They sent me two batteries with PCB.Plus they then said that the two they sent were of insufficient power to fly my unit.
It was my fault because I have never heard of PCB.I did order them based on voltage and mAh rating. This little lesson cost me money.Don't order something you don't understand.I'm sure I'll never do that again?
Did you buy your battery from Ebay- reason asked bought 4 none would charge, guess they were old batteries-let us know as CPD said where did you buy from!!

Sounds to me like the replacement battery is old. A lot of the replacement parts sellers keep their batteries around, but don't have the option to recharge them to keep a sleep charge on them, and sell the oldest ones first a lot of the time. Batteries end up dying after a certain lifespan without charging, and, well, you, and many other people, end up with a dud replacement battery.
If you could, please post a link to this seller on the "stop theif" topic since they probably sold you a bad battery. There's been a fair number of people with this happening lately.
