Thanks guys. Not taking any chances,I ordered, and recieved my heli from Amazon, and I love it. In fact I am fixing to order another one. I was just interested because this one could hover without having to hold the throttle and it had three multi color lights, which my son really liked.

Also get some information of the seller, like mobile phone or check driving license-reason being some guys with a put up stall at a market or mall- here one day gone the next mafia-so no chance of getting a replacement heli if faulty..if they are legit should have a business card--

Look them over, see if they have symas. If they have symas, then look at the price. If it's not much more than Amazon, and you don't want to wait, then it's probably a good option. If they have other brands, look them over, go back home, look them up online, see if they're any good and what the online/amazon price is. My experience has been that when you buy one from a store/kiosk, they generally have them marked up to double the Amazon price. To be honest, I think a lot of them buy their helis off of Amazon and just sell them marked up for their profit. Can't blame em, everybody has to make a living somehow, but it's best to look up reviews and prices to see if you're getting a good deal or ripped off.

Does anyone have any advice or experience with the helicopters sold in the mall kiosks?
