The F4, sorry for the confusion. I haven't seen the F3 yet but just ordered the F1.

The battery has a fly lead that plugs in but is under the canopy and as inaccessible as the 107.

Hey Redfive, are you talking of the F3 or F4?

I am thinking about getting the Syma F3 instead of F4.  For $10 more, F3 looks more advanced (maybe harder to fly than F4).  Thought?

Hi, I do not own a F4 Syma yet, looking forward to getting one and reviewing it, the battery looks easy to replace and cheap to buy a few, keep us posted how she flies.

Hi All my 107's are excellent flyers but one very interesting development is the F series from syma. I have the new F4 which has 2.4 gHZ for outdoor use as well as indoor.

It is about 2 cm longer than a 107 but looks exactly like a real helicopter with a single rotor and a tail fan pointing sideways. The new controller looks like an xbox pad but the controls are pure syma magic. I don't know how they do it but it flys as easily as a 107. I know high end single rotor helicopters are hard to fly but this one is no more difficult than the ones we are used to, amazing.

I will add photos once I have shrunk them to the size allowed
