They take time to get here - still waiting for mine.

This is what you need but you can get them cheaper and may be from Amazon.

you don't gave to remove the shaft. You take the screw(s) out that holds the top rotor mount on the heli, pull off that assembly and replace it with a new one. The "pin" that broke isn't really a pin, there's two round tabs that stick out of that and hold the rotor bracket in place. You could TRY to superglue the tab back in place, but it might not hold long.

I was flying my Daughter's s107g and crashed it.....I know, I know, I'm a bad Mom..lol. Anyway, the pin that holds the toprotors up broke. How can I get the shft out to replace the pin? Any help is greatly appreciated since this was her most favorite Christmas gift. : (  I feel horrible!!
