Just a quick shoot from my hip, had one remote that had bad connections as was bending down contacts on batteries and shorting out- just check the remote first, as to me the heli flies ok can only be the remote

There obviously is a short either in the on/off switch wiring or on the circuit board.  You should be able to locate it with a continuity meter.  

Let us know if you find it (and how you found it).  

I desoldering all wires, and solder all wires... Don't work anymore. I going to see with the continuity meter

I buy it from China, I can't return it... 

But !! If you wan't you can explain me what is wrong with the wire, because I love to repair the circuit board, microsystem....
