Did you solder the wires to mother board or cut the wires and solder?it sounds to me as wires might be wrong also not sure if 107sb rotates in the opposite way.

Hi thanks for the reply, I used a replacement rotor from a syma spares pack, the only thing I noticed to be different on the spares pack was the model number was for a s107sb not s107g but not sure if this difference is critical.

Did you replace the rotor with a stock S107G replacement? I ask because there are  afew on the market that fit but are made for other models that use reverse rotation.

Hi there I hope someone can help me with a very strange issue I am having with a syma s107g. The helicopter suffered a rather bad crash in which the tail rotor snapped, I have replaced this part but now the helicopter operates in reverse, when i wish to fly forwards I have to tell it on the remote to go backwards and vice versa. When replacing the tail rotor the motor did pull out of the mount when I removed the old one and I just pushed the motor back into its housing when replacing the rotor. This is a new hobbie for me so all help will be greatly recieved.

thanks
