Also it's worth checking that the tiny gear cog on the bottom of the motor is still there and meshed correctly with the larger gear (Check out the other motor to see how it should look).

I replaced the battery on one of my 107s and now the motor (A?B?) that runs the upper blades (front motor) does not work.  I can turn the blades by hand and there is no resistance unlike the other one.  It was working fine before replacing battery, any idea why/what happened?  Stock battery replacement by the way.
