Different (legitimate) Versions of the 107G???

I've bought about 10 of the S107Gs but only kept 2 for myself. Before I give them to family/friends, I always test fly `em to be sure they're functioning properly. I've made numberous mods to them, which I believe qualifies me as a skilled level techCool (ha ha). Anyway, it seems as though there are different versions of this heli & the reasons are outlined  as follows:

1) Sudden forward/reverse throttle response input is delayed (perhaps a ramp-up feature to increase stability?).

2) Trim dial is backwards (must turn trim dial same direction of drift to neutralize rotational drift vs. the opposite).

3) The tail rotor pitch is reversed & the also the hole does not penetrate all the way through blade.

Personally, I do NOT like any of these variations (espectially # 1)! What are your thoughts & experiences???
