I have delt with Banggood many times and have never had an issue.Everything always comes eventually.Remember where they are and the problems that can arise.Time of the year can make a difference.They always treat me fairly and the price, for me,is always fair.
I'd give them some leeway.

I have bought from them many times all ok, I did on one occasion have to wait 9 weeks as they ran out of stock, have you contacted them yet?

If it is sent from china it will be a long wait. I have never used them so cannot comment about their service. If you buy from your own country you will get it quicker but expect to pay more for the item.

I hear Banggood is good serving Europe and Asia markets,
but not quite so in geting product to North and South America.
Where are you from? Also the reviews you may have read may
have been sent from someone where Banggood does have good service.
Here in the USA, not so well.
On the bright side, if you are from here, you may see your heli
in their expected time of 4 to 6 weeks, which should be any day now.

Hi Everyone,
I ordered a Syma F3 from them on 12-Jan-2015 and it's yet to arrived. Their website is pretty lame and says it's been shipped. It's in transit. That's it.
I appreciate Syma Forum's recommendation to try Banggood...but this is pretty poor buying experience. Anyone else had trouble with them?
