240mah battery mods, has anyone done this?

I'd like to get more flying time out of my clone 107 between charges, I've seen references to the 240mah battery, but I haven't found a solid post about it. blame it more on not finding a good way to wean out all the other battery mods than laziness

 

did it work?

were there balance issues?

I plan on just doing a direct replacement, can I used the same charging cable?
