After a month of positive experiences with the s107g I upped my curiosity and bought the s800g too. I am not to comfortable with it because forward speed is too fast in my flying space. It also does a lot of bobbing, especially just when the battery was just recharged. it tries to hit the ceiling and then I over-compensate by cutting down on power. I already extend the stalks with a #4 machine screw. There does not seem to be enough vernier on the controls. Is there any way to slow it down?

I have been looking for a good mini rc helicopter company for a while. I thought Blade was good until i stumbled upon Syma, Wow what a great helicopters. I bought a blade scout for $50 and and enjoyed it but felt it looked toyish and i didnt get relatively good precise control, also forward flight was so slow it was boring, which led 2 modifications that ultimately led to a crash that destroyed it beyond repair, and I didn't find it 2 b near as resistant to crashes as Syma helicopters are. My 107G is by far the best mini helicopter i've flown, and out performs the Blade scout in nearly every catagory. I'm sticking with Syma and am excited to see what they have instore for the future!!!
