Just a heads up kevinwelder that posted on my forum gave us a great product to lubricate the Syma S107 Gears-This is Dupont, a silicone spray, however you only need a few drops that can be put on with a cotton bud or as kevinwelder did using a tooth pick brilliant Teflon spray. I use this now on all my planes and helis- Really recommend this product-The great thing is the input from you guys-really appreciate this and know people getting into helis enjoy the help-Again thank you K-This is on Amazon:

There seems to be a few on ebay, however all up cheaper to buy a new heli keep the old one for spares
I lost the two small screws that hold the canopy on when I replaced the battery.
Do you know any place where I can purchase these screws?
There appear to be no stockists for ‘green’ Syma s107g parts. I can only find full sets for red, blue or yellow Syma’s. I’ve been searching for a complete green set for a while. Any help or suggestions appreciated.

Hey,
Was wondering if you can help me choose the correct replacement parts? Heli was working fine until crashed and now it will only fly at the same height, then gradually lower itself again to the ground.
All help appreciated.
Thanks,

It sounds like your battery might not be holding a complete charge
I just bought a syma 107…the top rotors clipped a pillow on landing and now won’t rotate, the lower rotors are fine…..any idea what may be broken and how to repair as apart from not turning, nothing seems broken…..antony

hi,i need the plastic t head at top of shaft.can these be purchased seperately?
I have my syma s107 I charge it for an hour but still the battery is dead.
I lost one myself because the screw wouldn’t hold it in place. It flies fine with only the one, but would like it right. I’ve as well found the replacement rods, but not the little yellow part that the screw goes thru to hold it to body. anyone?
I am missing a part, and can’t seem to find it. The two support rods for the tail boom are held in place by those little plastic “tubes”. On the tail boom it’s part of the fins, but on the other end (towards the front) they are not part of anything else, but parts on their own. And now I cracked one of them!
I’ve found the support rods for sale, but in the images the little plastic thingys are not included. Anyone know if they are in fact included, or are they not available?!
It still holds the rod in place, I just don’t like it being broken. I suppose I might have to get some glue to fix it properly.
Great (and very thorough) website you’ve made by the way 🙂
Hi Mikael,
I am also looking for the plastic thingys to hold the tail support rod in place. Unfortunately, my son broke the part trying to get the helicoptor out of the packaging. I didn’t have any crazy glue, but epoxy seemed to work well for several flights. It broke again and like you I would prefer to replace that part instead of epoxy again. Please let me know if you find it. I have done several seaches and can not seem to find that specific replacement part.

need same part. anyone know the answer?
I agree the proper fitting is correct way to do it,but in a pinch! I took a cotton swab and pulled off a small piece of cotton and wrapped it around the end of the broken fitting. I jury rigged the strut into position and hit it with a drop two of CA. It worked like a dream. And as far as getting a replacement fitting. I cannot find them either !!!
