Hi, having purchased my son his first ever Syma he has been desperate to use it but we are having problems with the transmitter.  We put batteries in and used it for half an hour on Xmas day, but then when he has gone to use it again it looked like the batteries were dead.  We changed them but are still getting no lights on the remote - can anyone advise please?

First, how long ago did you buy the heli? If it is within 30 days Amazon (I'm assuming that's where you got it) will take it back and exchange it for one that works. Then, if you can't do that, SF will have to guide you through the remote. He's more of an expert on the electrical stuff than I am.
