The lilely cause is a bad tail motor. Pull it, and look to see if the wires are connected. It's probably blown if they're connected to it and the board, and it's a simple fix. Just look at the video Supernova put up in the common problems and how to fix section, and replace it.

Everything was OK  to begin with now I cannot fly forward or reverse , does this have to with the pins possibly shearing!.
