Hi. I'm Irwin... 57 years ... married... 3 dogs... 1 1/2 Syma 107's. I kind of felt weird ordering a little toy helicopter. I questioned my maturity. I thought I was ordering a toy that was meant for a kid maybe 10 years old. But to my surprise, there were other 10 year old's just like me. The helicopter was fun and fascinating to me. I went to eBay and saw all the replacement parts for the 107 so that is why I chose to buy one.

One day I had to do my first fix ... a rear decoration fin. Next thing you know I have the whole thing apart replacing the main stem. Having the whole helicopter apart, I was sure that there was no way that I would ever remember how to put it back together again never mind have it fly again too. But I put the thing back together and the thing flew perfect hovering motionlessly in front of me.

Now I am captivated by the thing. I have so many parts coming in the mail that I lost track of them. I'm having a blast with these things. Hope that I can contribute to the discussions. I have a lot to learn about these helis and I even have some tricks up my sleeve that I already have learned.

Nice to meet you and see you on the forums!
