Hi MikeK, Sorry late saying hi, have been trying to set up a few more reviews on Syma helis. Welcome and enjoy, saw CPD and JamDJ have touched base with you, they are both great help to the forum, CPD has been on the forum as a moderator for a long time and really has a great knowledge with helis, JamDJ is a great person that tells the truth of his flying fun, again welcome, post often and just have fun here.
Sorry I am a bit over the top with Smileys

Thanks Mike,
Normally it is here but right now it's a federal disaster
area, literally. The ice storm was awful. There are huge trees
down and roads blocked everywhere. As I write this there are
still people without electricity. There are power companies here
from as far away as Canada and on my way home from work
yesterday I saw trucks from Georgia and Alabama. Ours was out
for 11 hours so we got lucky and no property damage except a few
tree limbs. The night before, Mrs. Jam and I checked on batteries,
flashlights, candles, and charged our cell phones and tablets.
I even charged my 107s to help pass the time as going to work
not an option. I haven't seen CPD on here yet but I heard his
area got whacked with snow.
For those reading this not familiar, Lancaster Archery Supply
is the best of the best in their business. Their newest claim to fame
is being the provider of all things bow and arrow to the Hunger Games
movies, going so far as teaching the lead characters archery and
having back up equipment and repair techs on set during filming.
Happy and safe flying!
Hello, JamDJ --
I won't be playing with either the UDI-13A or the WL-V911 until I have a calm Spring day and can bring them outside.
I've been out to Lancaster a few times to shop at Lancaster Archery Supply. That was before arthritis forced me to put the bow down for good (I'm 77). Nice country out there.
Mike--
Mike, Greetings and welcome to our forum!
Please remember to keep your 107 indoors but
otherwise let us know about your adventures with
your V911 as there is a lot off site chat about that
model in particular.
Meanwhile happy flying and enjoy your 107 as much as
we do! There are several of us on here from Pennsylvania
so we are kind of neighbors, go Springsteen!
Discovered rc helicopters on Thanksgiving Day (2013). I now have a Syma 107g, a UDI-13A, and a WL-V911.
I can fly the 107 around the house okay but the 13A is a bit too big for that and the V911 is 4 channel and much too quick and touchy to practice with indoors. So I'll have to wait for Spring to take those two outside.
