Hi Jim and welcome to the forum!

Right now I'd rather be flying in a warm RV in Florida rather

than my cold living room here in Pennsylvania, it is FRIGID up here!!!!

So my challenges include a dipstick heater to keep the oil warm in my 107

and keep the engine's hydronic fluid from freezing, the instrument panel in the

cockpit fogs over during warm-up, not to mention scraping ice off the windshield

pre-flight since my 107 doesn't have a defroster! Oh and de-icing the rotors,

forget about it! I can only reach the lower mains!

Since you are in an RV, you may have the 2nd fastest heli on the forum. While the

camper is in motion, hovering would equal the speed of the RV! Just don't do both

at the same time! Sorry not fastest as there is video on here somewhere of a guy flying

one on the bullet train!

Again welcome, have fun, and post often! We are glad you are here,

Also just wondering how far away you are from Fort Myers?  I have family there

and may take advantage of their hospitality unless it warms up here soon!

I'm Jim. This is just one of the most fun toys for an old guy like me. I expect to be challenged by the limited airspace in an RV.
