If you bought it a week ago, just return it for a new one. That's the cheapest for ya. After that, if they don't take replacements, I'm guessing it has a pink and green motor. Figure out which motor is the bad one, i.e. the one powering the bottom rotor, and buy a motor to put in. I don't know off hand which motor is "A" and which is "B" but it might be the one that has A or B on the rotor.

good morning everyone,i'm wayne from swansea,s.wales....bought a syma s107g less than a week ago, read up on the fact you have to let the battery cool after charging which was a great help....anyway my problem is that for some reason the bottom blades won't turn at all...all the cogs seem to be turning and aligned correctly and the top blades are turning as they should...i've had no major crashes and they just stopped turning for no reason.....i was flying it...landed and went to take off again then nothing...strange....before i take it apart...any ideas how to solve the problem would be very much appreciated.
