I agree, sealing up holes may prevent cooling to vital bits.

I don't know; it might interfere with the heli. I don't use the tape on my heli anymore.

To avoid hair getting into the helicopter gears, use scotch tape to cover up the gear opening(s).

I will post pics, but only by request.
