Crikey, I've looked closely at the speed switch and the difference between in and out is small enough not to be noticed with a casual glance.

mine is an older one and it is in for speed out for slow.

Both my 031 and 032 have tail rotor speed switches on the transmitter but no indication of how it is set, when you turn the transmitter on does the speed switch default to "Slow"?
