thank  you, my good man, for the welcome! I really enjoy this hobby so much! Im 41 years old, and I am having so much fun playing with these helis! We didnt have these 20 years ago...when I was a kid...ok..Im still a kid at heart. flying-helicopterIm glad to hear the 288 parts interchange with the 107.  my  goal is to assemble  a fleet of choppers with interchangable parts that I can fly and maintain for years..making it a real hobby. Im having a lot of fun with this, and I would also like to say that this forum is great!

Greetings and a belated welcome on my behalf, thanks for your interest and postings

on here! In a nutshell, the H288 and the S107G are the exact same helicopter. Syma

makes helis for a lot of different brands, don't be afraid to own one, if you like the paint

schemes or accessories offered with the after-market brands. I personally have a bunch

of 107s but my red one is a Firebird, made by Syma, I just like the flaming graphics better!

Sounds like you already know how to do some mods! Rest assured that the parts you

get with your H288 are fully interchangeble with a 107, since they are the same heli!

The only problem we have here are counterfeit Syma 107s showing up on different

websites, we all mostly stick with Amazon or some of the other reputable sellers mentioned

by forum members. Whatever you choose, have fun, happy flying, and a belated welcome!

Ive got a syma s-108 cobra, and s-109 apache..and I love the heck out of them! They are two very different helis. The Cobra is an all out hotrod, the Apache is an overall easy to fly model..I did add some weight in the front of the battery compartment to give it a little more speed...anyway, Im really interested in getting an S-107 or H-288. The green 288 has really gotten my attention..I like the fact that it includes a lot of spare parts. I think I may order it soon. So..do YOU have an H-288? Speak up if you do! I'd love to hear your opinion on this heli! cool
