Im looking into maybe a Storm 450  ,  or an EXI 450,  or an Align T REX 450.

I believe all three have interchangeable parts, so whichever i choose, i can get parts for it.

The EXI and STORM are T REX clones, and theyre a lot cheaper and come completely assembled and ready to fly with a remote.

The T REX has to be built and is at least 3 times the cost.

I think i want a  Spektrum DX 6i controller, if i dont just use the one that comes with it, or if i can buy the heli alone and get my controller separate.

Thats maybe next year though, not now.  Now im still practicing with my 3.5 channels.  Then ill get an outdoor 4 ch, and then the 6 ch dream machines i would like to have some day.

Check here for models made by SYMA and distributed by RSi, if you want 3.5 ch models.   If you want to buy and still want to contribute to this site, then click the SYMA107.com store and find these helis there, but at least you can see the models and the information at the RSi site.

i was looking around and i cant seem to find a cheap <$100 outdoor helicopter that can fight the wind (the S031g was good with the s033g propeller on the back but not great). size and amount of channels of control are irrelevant, im looking for the wind fighting power .

Thanks so much,

Paul
