I'm guessing red and green motors. If they are, it's a fake, with a blown motor. Either return it, or simply go out and buy a new OEM motor from amazon, and follow the small wire soldering video that SuperNova posted.

Are you saying the upper rotor blades do not turn but the bottoms do?

Make sure all the gears are in place.

My upper main shaft, really not sure of it's exact name but it doesn't spin anymore so the blades wont spin. What do I do in this case. This happened during the first hour of getting it.   thanks anthony
