Try charging Syma with supplied usb cable instead of remote, wait until the cable light turns bright red, then fully charged, charging heli from remote soon drains remote battery. Link here to battery help

Hello,

Father Christmas brought a S107 to my 8 years old son but after less than one day, the S107 does not want anymore to work anymore...

The helicopter really seems to be charged (either through USB or from the remote) but switching from OFF to ON afterwards does not give anything : the lights are not on and the remote has no effect on the helicopter...

I've posted a video here that describes the pb : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VkK5walQMS8

(sorry for the noisy kids...).

Before opening it, I was wondering if someone already met the same issue that seems to be a faulty contact.

Thanks in advance.
