Hey, try this: turn the remote on, leave jt by the helicopter for about 10 secs, then turn the helicopter on and waif for 10 secs. This should allow the helicopter to have a full connection to the remote and that could be your problem.

Hope I helped, God bless,

Just joined the mini-heli crowd and I really like it. I am having a small issue though that I hope someone can answer and let me know if I need to send it back.

With a full charge on the battery the motor intermittently stops for a fraction of a second. This causes the helicopter to fall several feet before it will start to hover again. I can definitely here the motor cutting out. This was indoors in lit room. Not overly bright but dark either. There is a digital TV in the same room but it was off at the time and the remotes were on the table.

Any ideas?

Oh and HI! Glad to be here 🙂
