Gears slipping

Hi everyone,

Im new to heli's so please bear with me.  I just got a new gear set sent from China because I stripped my old set (original).  It flew great for the first few minutes untill a small crash then it wouldn't take off again and would spin in place.

I figured out that the new gear for the main rotor (top one) is slipping.

What should I do to fix this problem?  Do i apply a small amount of Elmers glue or clean off the original grease?

The gear teeth are all fine, it just cant transfer the power from the motor to the rotor because the gear is spinning on the main shaft.  Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Thanks, EnzNow
