Binding an old transmitter to a new 107

I recently purchased a new 107 from RC Fever.com and intended to use it with an old transmitter from a wrecked 107 I had.  I can't get the transmitter to bind with the 107.  Any help on how to bind the two together?  I know the transmitter works.  I can't get them to sync up on A, B, or C.

@tds47369 had this problem binding because original syma was a fake and remote

had a different circuit board and would not bind-

I will see if there is a fix for this-have 13 remotes will take some apart to see what i can do- Where did you buy original syma107?

The sad thing is that Amazon used to be more reliable about this, but now most of the S107s are "Amazon Marketplace" sources which is almost a Wild West like eBay.  XHeli often sells through there, so that's one way to get Genuine Syma via Amazon.  RC-Fever is still good too.
